We offer a free 30-day Return Policy from the purchase date for undamaged, unused items. Customers do not pay for return shipping — our Customer Support team will provide prepaid return label(s) for all approved returns.

Please note the following requirements to our return policy:

• Returned item(s) must be returned in the original packaging
• Returned item(s) must have no visible signs of wear or use

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Us - Email our Customer Support team at support@upperechelonproducts.com with your Order Number and specify which item(s) you would like to return.
2. Receive and Print Your Prepaid Return Label(s) - You will receive a prepaid USPS Return Label for each item you wish to return. Important: One prepaid return label is provided per item. If you ordered multiple items, you will receive separate labels for each, and each item must be returned separately.
3. Mail Back the Item(s) - Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and send them back using the prepaid return label(s) provided.

Refund Details

Once we receive your returned item(s) in acceptable condition, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will cover the original purchase price of the item(s) only.
• If your order originally included shipping cost(s), those cost(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of receiving your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank; please check with your issuing bank for specific timelines.
